There’s a gap at the bottom of the pod — is something missing?

No. There’s a small crescent-moon shaped fillet piece included, which fills the gap at the bottom and ensures the screen sits vertically once installed. It’s completely hidden once the pod is in the dash.

It’s packed outside the bubble wrap, wedged between the bubble wrap and the box, so it’s easy to miss — please check the packaging carefully. We supply both a smooth and a textured version; the textured one tends to look more OEM. If yours is genuinely missing, contact us and we’ll post replacements out straight away.
