4. Retrofitting without Sports Chrono
We can make up a five-wire harness for you and include it with your order — just email us once your order is placed so we can add it. You splice it into the equivalent wires behind the PCM, which carry the same CANBUS network, so it isn’t a long run.
The harness colours are:

| Red | Terminal 30 — constant 12 V |
| Black | Terminal 31 — ground |
| Green | “Wake up” — 12 V when ignition is on |
| Blue | CAN LO |
| White | CAN HI |
Note: connectors sold for the 991 / 981 have only four wires and will not work. The 997 and 987 need five, because of the additional wake-up line.
